It's the place to see and be seen for high society, royal watchers, fun seekers and horse racing enthusiasts alike! Steeped in tradition, heritage and pageantry, Royal Ascot dates back 300 years and is attended by the Royal Family, including Her Majesty the Queen. Founded by Queen Anne in 1711, Royal Ascot features a daily horse-drawn procession from Windsor Castle to Ascot Racecourse led by the Royal carriage. Tradition, pageantry, fashion and style all meet in a glorious setting at one of the most beautiful racecourses in the country. The quality of the horse racing at Royal Ascot is simply outstanding, with £4.5 million in prize money on offer and a total of eighteen ‘Group’ races over the five days. This years event held on the 19th till the 23rd of June with a lot of fashion junkies displaying outrageous hats and fascinator, amongst all, this few caught my attention.
