There is nothing as casual and sophisticated as the look in a shirt dress, you could pair it up with a bright coloured belt and matching shoes as well (you really do not need a neck piece for this) but for those who might want to try a more sophisticated look, i will recommend buttoning up your dress to last, then place a very simple jewellery neatly under your collar  and fold back to its original state,  then you are all set.
